I was wondering what was going on. I went to lunch on Friday at Basil on Folsom (near 8th) and there was a guy who had set up a dog park in a parking space--there were little milk-bones and fire hydrants and a few dogs in there. I figured it was just another strange event on Folsom street--but it was legitimate. Now I get it! I liked the dog park parking space better than the real parking space.
