San Francisco Goes Green in September – Twice!

I had mentioned the upcoming Dwell Design Conference in a previous post but failed to mention that the following week, September 20-22, West Coast Green, the largest residential green building trade show in the country, will hold an exhibition at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Prices for the full conference might discourage the average Joe, but Septemeber 22 is Homeowner Day at the conference and the Homeowner Day pass includes exhibit hall access, and some general events. A Homeowner Day Pass with Educational Tracks includes the above plus access to the conference sessions scheduled on that day, geared for homeowners. Serious do-it-yourselfers who are looking for more in-depth education are welcome to attend the full conference. Children are welcome on Homeowner Day, Saturday, September 22. Those 17 and under may enter at no charge.
