Rent Board Announces Annual Allowable Rent Increase

Just a little FYI for SF income property owners:

The San Francisco Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board has announced that the annual allowable rent increase for the March 1, 2009 to February 28, 2010 period is 2.2 percent.

The interest rate payable on tenant security deposits for the same period is 3.1 percent.
