		<description>California doesn&#039;t actually believe in that right.  They don&#039;t give concealed/carry permits to the public.  They give out one a year, but it&#039;s always to a super star, politician or someone along those lines - and even then, you basically have to have someone ready and willing to kill you at any moment to be allowed to get a permit.  

In fact, in San Francisco, a law was voted in that outlawed owning a handgun within City limits!!!  That was overturned, but still - that should give you some insight into CA&#039;s attitude on weapons.  

Some people tend to forget that guns on their own aren&#039;t the problem - it&#039;s the people that have them and use them illegally that are the problem.  

But that&#039;s a conversation for another platform!</description>
