We called them the moon swings. I recently visited the Korbet Children's Quarter and was sad to see that the only remnant of the fantastic playground that I grew up with was the concrete slides- which I always slide down with the help of some cardboard and sand. I also miss the giant tractor tires and the wooden structure. I wonder if the park has the "moon swings" stashed away somewhere. Sure wish I could get my hands on them! I loved those swings too!
