That blog pastes full articles from other sites, with just a link at the bottom. Not only is this content theft, which is nasty, but it's frequently Bay City News content, which all the news orgs (mine included) pay a subscription fee to publish. So not only is that blogs author stealing content (and therefore traffic), it's eroding Bay City News' subscription model. NOT COOL!
